Claire Martin - Pompey Study Centre Manager

“Pompey Study Centre invested in an Eduprint system in March 2007.
This has proved to be the best investment the Study Centre has ever made; its commercial success has enabled us to pay for half of our investment already and we’re only three months in! Apart from the financial input, Eduprint has had a huge impact on our ability to 'WOW' the schools we work with. Feedback from all our partner schools has been phenomenally positive and we now have large format montages in the foyers of most of the schools we work with!
Can you imagine a “life size” photograph of your pupils with their favourite player presented at a Celebration Event?
The impact on parents and teachers of a large format montage that the pupils have designed themselves?
The possibilities are endless…”

Pompey Study Centre

Pompey Study Centre led by Clare Martin was the subject of a Community Feature broadcast on the BBC Match of the Day programme on 1st April 2007. The Study Centre is promoting Portsmouth's Kick-start Health Education campaign in Portsmouth Schools. With the support of Portsmouth FC players, staff and the team at the Pompey Study Centre, they recreated their version of Ready Steady Cook featuring David James, Richard Hughes and Chefs from Portsmouth FC. Earlier children were introduced to the EduPrint Centre and were soon producing games and materials linking healthy eating and exercise. Six winners were photographed with their favourite Portsmouth player and these were reproduced lifesize and presented to the winners on the pitch.

Kick Start Health Packs produced by the Pompey Study Centre were introduced to Primary Schools within the Portsmouth area and the response was phenomenal! Clare Martin, leading the Pompey Study Centre said "We took eleven firm orders on the day but virtually every school took an order form. They took a montage as well and they were just as enthusiastic about that - it's rare to see Headteachers so animated about any thing!"
